职位简述：
Forms and manages plant analytical services team， adapts needed analytical procedures and trains scientists and technicians， directs analytical support to assure efficient plant performance. Assures high quality product and process analysis， manages product quality certification， supports production through environmental and other needed scientific anallysis 组建并管理厂内检验服务团队；执行必要的检验程序并对各学科专业和技术人员进行培训， 指导其检验工作，支持厂内业务，保证工厂绩效达成。 保证产品品质优良，保证工艺检验品质，对产品质量认证进行管理，并对环境、生产等必要检验予以支持。
Responsibility 职责范围：
1、Plan， establish and manage the plant analytical services organization 1. 对厂内检验团队组织构架进行规划、设立和管理
2、Suuports design， build and commissioning of silane， polysilicon and environmental analytical laboratories 2. 对硅烷、多晶硅和环境检验实验室的设计、建设和调试提供支持。
3、Assures accurate transfer of JV partners analytical methods and procedures. Oversees validation of new analytical tools and methods
3. 确保合资公司合作伙伴检验方法和程序的准确转移。对新检验工具及检验方法的验证工作进行监督。
4、Establish product quality analytical controls program and manages QC documentation. Supports project team in sleecting and installing laboratory information management system (LIMS) .
4. 建立产品质量检验控制程序并对QC文件进行管理。并对项目团队有关实验室信息管理系统（LIMS）的选型及安装予以支持。
5、Develop and train analytical scientists and technicians， and review performance annually 5. 不同学科职工和技术人员的开发及培训工作以及年度绩效考核工作
6、Coordinate with VP Operations for support of analysis of product， meeting business plan 6. 协助运营副总工作，为产品检验工作和业务目标的实现提供支持
7、Maange HSE performance as it relates to analytical services 7. 对和检验服务相关的HSE绩效进行管理
8、Establish analytical services budget and manage expenses (including critical outsourced analytical services contracts) 8. 确立检验服务工作预算并管理经费（含主要的外部检验服务协议）
Qualification 任职资格：
Education
教育背景 PhD in analytical services or other chemical/physical science specialty 分析学科博士，或化工/物理学科教育背景
Profession
专业要求 Analytical Science 分析学科
Training experience
培训经验 Laboratory management， analytical methodologies， business management 实验室管理、方法学和业务管理
Experience
经验要求 10+ years direct working experience in analytical laboratory. Laboratory research is a plus. 检验室10年以上的直接工作经验，有实验室研究工作者优先。
Knowledge
知识构成 Strong working knowledge of common analytical tools and methods， emphasizing ICP-MS (inductively coupled plasma - mass spectorscopy)， GC-MS (gas chromatography - mass spectroscopy) and FTIR ( Fournier Transform Infraed Spectroscopy).
一般检验工具和方法工作知识丰富，特别是ICP-MS（电感耦合等离子体质谱）、 GC-MS（气相-质谱分析）及FTIR （傅里叶变换红外光谱仪）方面的知识
